Return window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with original tags and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email sales@thevarsityjacket.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. No restocking fee is charged. Shipping on all orders is free, so there are no original shipping charges to deduct.
Exchanges
Size or color exchanges are available within the 30-day return window, subject to stock. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship.
